Dr Grace Chiang

Dr Grace Chiang is a Consultant Family Medicine Specialist at Alexandra Hospital. She was awarded the Dr Koh Eng Kheng Gold Medal as the top Fellowship candidate.  

She attained a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Aging and Public Health from Johns Hopkins University under the Community Care Manpower Development Award from the Agency of Integrated Care. She is also Certified in Public Health (CPH) by the National Board of Public Health Examiners, USA. 

Dr Chiang is involved in preventive health and population health initiatives. As a clinician investigator, she has an interest in studying innovative solutions for aging in place, chronic disease management, women’s health, and longevity medicine. She is currently the Honorary Editor of the Singapore Family Physician Journal. Dr Chiang is also a member of the Ethics and Editorial Policy Committee, Asia Pacific Association of Medical Journal Editors. As an educator, she is a Clinical Assistant Professor at NUS medicine, physician faculty in the Family Medicine Residency (NUHS), clinical tutor at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and tutor for the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine and Fellowship Programme. 

She is an advocate for family medicine in the Asia Pacific Region and was the Singapore Representative for the WONCA Young Doctors Movement from 2021-2024. She also actively contributes to the social service sector in Singapore and was selected to be part of the National Council of Social Service 40-under-40 programme 2022
