Nathan Lorenzo D. Lagamayo

Nathan Lorenzo D. Lagamayo, or Nates, is a librarian at FEU–Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and an associate of both the Office of External Affairs and the Quality Assurance Office. Their work supports library services, quality assurance, internationalization initiatives, accreditation efforts, institutional development, and community engagement across the institution.

Their research interests include behavioral aspects of library and information science, information literacy, LGBTQ+ experiences in librarianship, and outreach in geographically isolated and disadvantaged communities. They also contribute to institutional programs that strengthen global partnerships, community engagement, and student-centered academic services.

Nates is a strong advocate for inclusive, equitable, and culturally grounded approaches in librarianship and educational practice, aligning their work with values of diversity, access, and meaningful engagement in information services.
