Venus Oliva Cloma-Rosales, MD, MPH, ME is the Founder and Managing Director of 101 Health Research, a research and capacity-building organization specializing in research methods, biostatistics, health data science, and scientific publication. She is also the President and CEO of Innovidence Corporation, a clinical data analytics company.

Dr. Cloma-Rosales is a regular mentor and facilitator for the National Medical Writing Workshops and previously served as Assistant Vice President of the Philippine Association of Medical Journal Editors (PAMJE). She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas, a Master of Public Health from the National University of Singapore Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, and completed her Pediatrics Residency Training at Makati Medical Center.

She was awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship in 2025 in recognition of her leadership in advancing health research, innovation, and research capacity development. She also graduated as Class Valedictorian of the Master in Entrepreneurship Class of 2024 at the Asian Institute of Management and is an Inaugural Fellow of the Philippine Society of Public Health Physicians. Her work focuses on strengthening research ecosystems, improving publication quality, and leveraging data-driven approaches to advance healthcare and public health.
