Overseas guests who are only attending the conference as visitors should not need a letter, they can apply for a Visitor Visa 600 business stream, ETA 601.

Should you require a letter, please select “yes” when asked this question after selecting your tickets. Due to the information required, only one ticket can be purchased at a time. By purchasing a ticket and providing your information in the additional fields, you hereby give permission for this information to be passed along to the event organisers for creation of your name badge.
